Airbus Getting Ready For Post Brexit UK

One of UK’s biggest manufacturing employers Airbus is thinking of stockpiling parts in order to work smoothly in the post Brexit UK. Senior Vice President of Airbus, Katherine Bennett said that the company will soon have to decide on stockpiling.

She further said that, the company is  spending £5bn a year on the UK supply chain and it is essential that the parts don't stay useless in warehouse. The company is talk with government over this. Ms. Bennett said the firm was in discussions with government.

Airbus issued a statement stating it would meet European works council members to discuss about the possible effects of Brexit on jobs.
