Many have explained that those on H1-B visas released especially for the foreign technology experts will not be affected, whereas, the seasonal immigrant employees for agricultural platform will not be impacted too.

Reportedly, if the executive orders to be approved by the president Trump, then it will impact a huge number of Indian American who are seeking to get green cards. This anticipated to delay the procedure. The US president stated that, out first priority is American employees. This move will be carried out for almost 60 days, after which any changes or extension will be investigated on the basis of economic conditions. This order will be applicable to individuals who are looking for permanent residency or green cards.
